Airport
Arrival assist
We escort you from the airport arrivals lobby to your car.
Departure assist
We escort you from your car to the airport check-in counter.
¥16,500
Airport Meet & Assist covers up to one hour from the start time you specify. If it runs longer for any reason, ¥3,300 (tax included) is charged for each additional hour.
Station
Arrival assist
We escort you from the station platform to your car.
Departure assist
We escort you from your car to the station platform.

* You choose the pick-up time. It cannot be changed after 6 p.m. on the day before your booking.
* A late-night surcharge applies between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m.: 1.25 times the listed price.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation fees are charged as follows, based on the date and time of your booking.
- Up to 3 days before
- Free
- 2 days before to 6 p.m. the day before
- 30% of the fare
- After 6 p.m. the day before
- 50% of the fare
- On the day, or no notice
- 100% of the fare
No fee is charged when a cancellation is not your fault, for example when a flight is cancelled.
